This Full Moon in Pisces and lunar eclipse will call you to your higher purpose, pushing you towards growth and your true path. To let go of what is no longer serving you and to take control of your destiny.

Grab a warm drink, your cozy clothes and a journal and pen before you log in.

We will ground together with a breath work practise, I will give you some more in depth information and lunar musings, then we will move into a journalling section where you can begin to use the lunar energies to reflect.

Signature Pilates

If you think you are going to be laying down for half an hour then think again. The jams might be a little slower, the vibe a tad more mellow but don’t be fooled, we want you to work. Stretch is the name of the game but strength and mobilisation also make an appearance because what do we want?....LONGEVITY - THAT’S RIGHT!

This combo of pilates and stretching is going to improve our flexibility, pull up our posture and increase our mobilisation aka make us as loosey-goosey as a rubber band. Believe us when we say you will be floating out of here on a cloud.

Through fluid movement and mindful breath, connect with your inner self and step into your goddess energy. 

This vinyasa class is suitable for all levels and a safe space for anyone seeking alignment in the body and mind. Focusing on a different chakra and area of the body each week, expect a balance of strength and surrender. Release anything that dims your light and leave class feeling radiant.

This class focuses around a weekly theme to explore yoga philosophy alongside full body movement. 

In vinyasa we link one breath to one movement, letting the breath guide us through our flow, allowing you to personalise this practice to your own pace.

Working through some challenging moments as well as some softer ones, we will take a full range of movement from head to toe before arriving back down to the mat for a dreamy savasana and guided meditation.
