Join us this Virgo New Moon for a morning of celebration, relaxation, reflection and connection with community and yourself.

The second New Moon in Virgo! And a Solar Eclipse! Join us this Sunday morning to begin a reset, this New Moon will bring emotions and realisations of your true purpose - a beautiful time to celebrate and embrace the Lunar energies on the day of these celestial events.

Our offering will help guide you to make the most of the lunar energies, and set goals for the rest of the month ahead, as well as reflecting on the year past and any shadows which need a light shining on them. 

Beginning the morning with Herbal teas, oracle cards and connection - we will hold space for you to release what no longer serves you and invite in your desires for the next few weeks ahead.

We will close the ceremony with gentle movement, meditation and journalling - time to connect with the lunar energy and to sew seeds of intention using the wisdom we have accumulated through the session, leaving the celebration with new found energy for your goals and the rest of the month ahead.

Anyone is welcome, just bring: yourself, a journal, your favourite mug and your comfiest clothes.

If you think you are going to be laying down for half an hour then think again. The jams might be a little slower, the vibe a tad more mellow but don’t be fooled, we want you to work. Stretch is the name of the game but strength and mobilisation also make an appearance because what do we want?....LONGEVITY - THAT’S RIGHT!

This combo of pilates and stretching is going to improve our flexibility, pull up our posture and increase our mobilisation aka make us as loosey-goosey as a rubber band. Believe us when we say you will be floating out of here on a cloud.

This vinyasa class is suitable for all levels and a safe space for anyone seeking alignment in the body and mind. Focusing on a different chakra and area of the body each week, expect a balance of strength and surrender. Release anything that dims your light and leave class feeling radiant.

This class focuses around a weekly theme to explore yoga philosophy alongside full body movement. 

In vinyasa we link one breath to one movement, letting the breath guide us through our flow, allowing you to personalise this practice to your own pace.

Working through some challenging moments as well as some softer ones, we will take a full range of movement from head to toe before arriving back down to the mat for a dreamy savasana and guided meditation.
