A yoga class tailored to real beginners! We will break down physical postures so that they feel comfortable in your body and get into some breath practice and meditation too so that we can practice mindfulness alongside our physical practice. I want all my students to feel comfortable to explore yoga and my hope is to send beginners out into the yoga world excited and inquisitive to explore the parts of yoga that they are interested in. It will be a relaxed environment with time for questions and conversation topics.

Surrender to a dream like state in this fully immersive yin yoga experience. A series of very gentle and relaxing poses, held for an extended amount of time, accompanied by a guided meditation based on the theme of the class. The signature pilates class is a full-body workout that hits all the right spots; low-impact, builds strength, improves flexibility, helps posture and practises balance.

This is a 60 min class of mat pilates with a couple of pieces of equipment thrown into the mix.

Signature Pilates

If you think you are going to be laying down for half an hour then think again. The jams might be a little slower, the vibe a tad more mellow but don’t be fooled, we want you to work. Stretch is the name of the game but strength and mobilisation also make an appearance because what do we want?....LONGEVITY - THAT’S RIGHT!

This combo of pilates and stretching is going to improve our flexibility, pull up our posture and increase our mobilisation aka make us as loosey-goosey as a rubber band. Believe us when we say you will be floating out of here on a cloud.

Stretch ya Bod

A class for anyone looking to stretch and strengthen the body, improve balance and feel confident in themselves. An upbeat yoga vinyasa flow to build power and strength in muscles used for riding, surfing and many other physical activities.

Release and radiate: a yin class with a twist. All levels welcome. Starting with an activation of the muscles we use on a daily basis by holding some restorative poses and ending with some purely relaxing yin poses and assisted shavasana. Sink into the relaxation, release stress and leave feeling radiant.

Working through some challenging moments as well as some softer ones, we will take a full range of movement from head to toe before arriving back down to the mat for a dreamy savasana and guided meditation.
