The signature pilates class is a full-body workout that hits all the right spots; low-impact, builds strength, improves flexibility, helps posture and practises balance.

This is a 60 min class of mat pilates with a couple of pieces of equipment thrown into the mix.

Signature Pilates

If you think you are going to be laying down for half an hour then think again. The jams might be a little slower, the vibe a tad more mellow but don’t be fooled, we want you to work. Stretch is the name of the game but strength and mobilisation also make an appearance because what do we want?....LONGEVITY - THAT’S RIGHT!

This combo of pilates and stretching is going to improve our flexibility, pull up our posture and increase our mobilisation aka make us as loosey-goosey as a rubber band. Believe us when we say you will be floating out of here on a cloud.

This Hatha-inspired creative flow invites you to move with purpose, breathe with awareness, and reconnect with yourself and your community. 

Each session weaves together thoughtful themes, guided meditation, reflection and movement flow. Through mindful movement and intentional stillness, you'll experience a full-body and mental reset, releasing tension while cultivating balance, clarity, renewal and presence.

Meditation, Yoga Flow and Guided inward journey to rediscover what your life is calling you towards.

Surrender to a dream like state in this fully immersive yin yoga experience. A series of very gentle and relaxing poses, held for an extended amount of time, accompanied by a guided meditation based on the theme of the class. Themes include jungle, ocean, ether with more to come. Expect lighting, smells, sounds and a guided meditation to transport you to a new, dreamy world. (Pyjamas optional) 

Immersive Yin Yoga with Lucy

This class focuses around a weekly theme to explore yoga philosophy alongside full body movement. 

In vinyasa we link one breath to one movement, letting the breath guide us through our flow, allowing you to personalise this practice to your own pace.

Working through some challenging moments as well as some softer ones, we will take a full range of movement from head to toe before arriving back down to the mat for a dreamy savasana and guided meditation.

This class is suitable for anyone and everyone!
