Join us this Sagittarius Full Moon in for an evening of celebration, relaxation and connection with community and yourself.

The Full Moon in Sagittarius brings positivity and adventure, a time to find joy and celebrate with the energies that the lunar cycle brings! You may be feeling optimistic, and this time of the month is a great time to pursue your goals with all the full moon energy, and celebrate what you've achieved so far. 

Our offering will help guide you to make the most of the lunar energies, and celebrate the feeling of freedom and optimism that the Sagittarius sign brings, and use this in the rest of the lunar cycle.

Beginning the evening with Herbal teas, oracle cards and connection - we will hold space for you to release what no longer serves you and invite in your desires for the next few weeks ahead.

We will close the ceremony with gentle movement, meditation and journalling - time to connect with the lunar energy and to sew seeds of intention using the wisdom we have accumulated through the session, leaving the celebration with new found energy for your goals and the rest of the month ahead.

Anyone is welcome, just bring: yourself, a journal, your favourite mug and your comfiest clothes.

If you think you are going to be laying down for half an hour then think again. The jams might be a little slower, the vibe a tad more mellow but don’t be fooled, we want you to work. Stretch is the name of the game but strength and mobilisation also make an appearance because what do we want?....LONGEVITY - THAT’S RIGHT!

This combo of pilates and stretching is going to improve our flexibility, pull up our posture and increase our mobilisation aka make us as loosey-goosey as a rubber band. Believe us when we say you will be floating out of here on a cloud.

A class for anyone looking to stretch and strengthen the body, improve balance and feel confident in themselves. An upbeat yoga vinyasa flow to build power and strength in muscles used for riding, surfing and many other physical activities.

Starting with an activation of the muscles we use on a daily basis by holding some restorative poses and ending with some purely relaxing yin poses and assisted shavasana.
