A yoga class tailored to real beginners! We will break down physical postures so that they feel comfortable in your body and get into some breath practice and meditation too so that we can practice mindfulness alongside our physical practice. I want all my students to feel comfortable to explore yoga and my hope is to send beginners out into the yoga world excited and inquisitive to explore the parts of yoga that they are interested in. It will be a relaxed environment with time for questions and conversation topics.
