What happens at this event?

Find space in the body, mind and lungs with this class. Using the Air element, spend time learning how to utilise the breath both in stillness and with intentional movement - strengthening the connection between the mind, body and breath.

Suitable for beginners, this class takes time to practise different Pranayama (breath work) practises, then learning how to move with intention and breath in order to connect the practise of Pranayama and Asana (yoga postures).
